強い台風第１２号は、２７日１３時４５分には父島の南東約１９０キロを、１時間におよそ２５キロの速さで北東に進んでいます。
台風の北上に伴い、東日本の太平洋側で急に風が強まり、東日本と西日本の広い範囲で大雨となるおそれがあります。また、２８日夜には、東日本から西日本に上陸するおそれがあります。
福島県は、温かく湿った空気が東よりの風で流入するため、中通りや浜通りでは、２８日から２９日にかけて雨が降り、大雨となるところがある見込みです。
